Are you being notified that remote access was unsuccessful and you can't connect remotely to the organization device? Go through these two steps to ensure remote access was set up correctly before attempting to connect again.

Troubleshooting Steps:

  1. Log into your Elpha Secure Portal to confirm that you have access to the device, and if you don't, reach out to your organization's administrator to grant you permission.

  2. Navigate to Device Overview and click Enable Remote Access, then click Unlock for all IP Addresses and restart the MFA for Secure Remote Access process from Step 7.
