Each Elpha Secure customer receives an installation package preloaded with purchased licenses. IT administrators can choose to deploy the same installation package to all devices in the organization running on a Windows operating system.

How to access Windows Installer:

  1. Set up an account for your Elpha Secure Portal.

  2. Click Add a New Device.

  3. Download the app installer by selecting Download our Windows Installer (MSI).

    Note: Your organization must have a meeting with our team to use this option.

  4. Follow installer instructions to complete the batch installation for your team.
